I had a similar problem, when I did a paper for my translation-studies ...
We had to translate a text (english->german), and I decided to take a part
of the POV-Ray Doc (3.1g) ...
But as it is common, to give some resources, where the original text could
be obtained, I had to rely on, that the link to the PDF I used, does not
change in the next 2 years ...
I think there is still a bunch out there, where "INTERNET" is not so well
known, and where it is uncommon, to give a resource that is not like
"Author, Book: Vendor, Year, ISBN: pages"
I had to do some really strange discussions to tell them, that:
"THERE IS NO PRINTED VERSION !"
